Tanya joined the Snugs team in June 2022, bringing 20+ years of dedicated service industry experience with deep roots in commercial landscaping. She believes good work is a form of care, and she approaches every client relationship as something worth cultivating with patience, integrity, and follow-through. Now serving as dispatcher, Tanya brings that same thoughtful precision to coordinating field operations, ensuring the right people and resources arrive at the right place, at the right time, with the right attitude.
Tanya focuses on building long-term relationships, offering practical solutions, and managing projects with a results-oriented heart. In her dispatch role, this means calmly balancing competing priorities, solving problems in real time, and keeping every moving part connected. Her humor, genuinely positive attitude, and customer-first mindset come from a simple belief: whatever you do, do it well, and do it for others.
Born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Tanya loves spending time outdoors, landscape photography, and most of all being a devoted mom and wife. When she’s not working, you’ll find her coaching her kids on the softball, baseball, or soccer field, or enjoying a quiet afternoon fishing. She is active in her community, gives generously of her time, and lives by a simple creed: love your neighbor, serve with a humble heart, and always leave things a little better than you found them.
