Monte has spent the majority of his career in the service industry. Being able to listen and understand people has brough much experience and success and a continuing desire to learn will only help that to grow. Working in property management gave him hands on experience of what is needed and expected for property maintenance and upkeep, while working in the cleaning industry taught him the intricacies and procedures of proper soil removal.

His off time is typically spent at the river, beach, or out on the trails. Grilling, camping, or just relaxing is always better with friends and family. His beautiful daughter is a future soccer star.
